Shipping Policy

  • All orders shall be handled within 2-5 business days.
  • In case Karella Boutique is experiencing a higher volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed for a couple of days. 
  • An email confirming your order will be sent immediately after placing your order. Once your order is processed, an email with a USPS tracking number will be sent to you. After your order has been delivered, it is the responsibility of USPS. In case your item says "delivered," but you cannot find it, please contact USPS. They will help you open your claim to find your package.
  • Karella Boutique DOES NOT provide refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages.
